Children of the Promise - Empowering Haitian Families to Stay Together Located in Northern Haiti, Children of the Promise (COTP) is a 501(c)3 organization serving at-risk families and children. COTP offers preventative programs for families in Haiti in efforts to keep children with their biological families, as well as provides foster care for orphaned and abandoned children.
