American Battlefield Trust The American Battlefield Trust is a charitable organization whose primary focus is the preservation of battlefields of the American Civil War, the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812 through acquisition of battlefield land. The American Battlefield Trust is the umbrella organization for two divisions -- the Civil War Trust and the Revolutionary War Trust.
