The result is that he makes money passively when serving others with arbitrated click sales and he makes great money when he applies all that he learned about affiliate marketing with the very focused niche lists that he accumulates by applying exactly what he is selling – clicks. The net result for him is a self-funding, ever-growing, list of lists that any competitor would die for at no net cost to himself. Ultimately, in all things affiliate sales, the only thing of any real value is “the list” and the only way to build the list is with traffic. He has solved it all while over 99% of all affiliate wanna be’s fail because they simply haven’t figured out how to get traffic. If you have a reasonable offer and you can drive qualified traffic to it you will succeed. He finally figured that out 10 years ago and now he spends a fortune on traffic to resell as traffic while studying the results of others to determine the best sources of traffic he resells for the specific niche’s his clients aim at. This is the most profitable business model available but it isn’t for the faint-hearted. It really brings home the old saying that “It takes money to make money”. FASHION BOSS | Fashion | Travel | Lifestyle | By Lorna Duffy My sister and I escaped to the sunny South East for a mini getaway two weeks ago and we had the nicest time. 48 hours away from the hustle and bustle of city life is always a good idea and Wexford seemed liked the perfect place. Here's what we got up in the Ancient East... ACCOMMODATIONh We stayed in the Brandon House Hotel for two nights. It is a four star hotel located in the heart of New Ross. A great spot as we were close to pretty much everything which was so handy. We were treated to a bottle of bubbly and some sweet treats on arrival (a lovely way to end a fun first day in Wexford). Our room was modern and spacious. It had a flat screen TV, bathrobes and slippers as well as bottled water and wine on arrival. The staff were lovely and they really went out of their way to accommodate us. There was a lot of choice for breakfast each morning and the leisure facilities were great too. We will definitely be back to try a few treatments at the spa next time. A really enjoyable stay overall. WINING & DINING Le Baginbun - The nicest little lunch spot in Fethard. Le Baginbun is the sister property of Baginbun Lodge which is only across the road. They had lots of choice on their lunch menu so we were spoilt for choice. We shared a falafel starter (I have never had nicer falafels) and I have a chicken salad for my main. Really tasty dishes and generous portions too. A cosy atmosphere and the staff were really friendly too. Click here to see their menu. The Gallery Restaurant - this restaurant is part of the hotel we were staying in so it was a perfect spot for our first night as we checked in late that evening. The menu had a really good choice of both traditional and modern cuisine so we were spoilt for choice. I ordered a steak dinner and we shared a chocolate dessert. The food was cooked to perfection, the atmosphere was cosy and the staff were really friendly. A really nice dining room and the bar had a good selection of drinks too. The staff very kindly whipped us up two margaritas on the spot as they weren't on the menu. We also got chatting to a few of the bar staff. Such lovely people. Click here for more on their menu selection. Creacon Wellness Retreat - the perfect destination for retreat, relaxation and rejuvenation. We popped in for some R&R on our first day and we had the nicest lunch. The Master Chef, Gaetano Pernagallo designs meals that promote health and nutrition. They only use quality ingredients that are chosen for their seasonal & environmental appropriateness – many of which are grown in their own gardens. I ordered a chicken burger with sweet potato fries and a salad - they really hit the spot. The staff were also lovely. Click here for more on their menu. Il Primo Italian Restaurant - We dined in Il Primo on our last night. Italian food is a favourite of mine and the food did not disappoint. I had a really nice smoked salmon pasta dish with a glass of red. It was a beautiful meal overall and the restaurant was only a 5 minute drive from our hotel which was handy. If you're staying in New Ross this place is worth checking out. Click here for more. THINGS TO DO & SEE Dunbrody Famine Ship Our first stop on the Saturday was the Dunbrody Famine Ship. This is one of the premier tourist attractions in the South East of Ireland so we had to pop in for a tour. Centred on an authentic reproduction of an 1840's emigrant vessel, it provides a world-class interpretation of the famine emigrant experience. Incorporating guided tour, costumed performers and themed exhibitions, 'The Dunbrody' provides a unique insight into the bravery and fortitude with which Irish people faced up to a desperate situation. Our tour guide was really friendly, chatty and informative, we got to see the ins and outs of the ship and the performers topped it all off. A really enjoyable tour overall. Hook Lighthouse Located at the tip of the Hook peninsula, this is the oldest operational lighthouse in the world. We popped in for a guided tour of the lighthouse on the Sunday morning as we were in the area. Our tour was just under an hour long and our tour guide Gillian was full of facts and figures so we learnt a lot. We were given a tour of even level of the lighthouse and we finished up at the top with the most beautfil view of Wexford and the cliff tops. An absolute must if you're in the area. Sea Cave Kayaking The Irish Experience offers an amazing and unique Sea Cave Kayaking Experience along the beautiful South East coastline of Ireland, taking in the very best Atlantic Ocean location of Ireland's Ancient East. Sea Cave Kayaking had been on my to-do list for a good while so I couldn't wait to get going. It really was a unique and exhilarating way to explore this magical coastline. The sea cave kayaking experience was 3 hours long and this included 2.5 hours of paddle time in total. The sea caves and arches really were something else. We also stopped off at a hidden beach to re-energise. Our guide Graham taught us lots about the area, the wildlife and the history which was great. We were also treated to a hot chocolate and a snack along the way. The weather was perfect so the views were even more incredible than expected. Costa Del Wexford to say the least. Click here for more information. Energy Therapy I decided to give energy therapy a go as I had never tried it before. I had my first Rising Star treatment at Creacon Wellness Retreat after lunch on the Saturday and I really enjoyed it. It was a 40 minute session in total and I found it really relaxing overall. Home Solution Expert | Home Improvement Services Unfortunately a fact of modern living is that we are, all too often, affected by the noise of our neighbours, traffic and even the other people living in our home. Modern houses are particularly prone to noise pollution as the walls are thinner than older properties and they are often packed in more tightly together within the street. We also have a lot more apartments or flats than ever before, which again means that we are literally living on top of one another. However, you shouldn't have to put up with high levels of noise pollution in your daily life. We all deserve to be in a place that is peaceful and where we can shut out the rest of the world when we want to. How can we make our room quieter? Is it possible to make our rooms more soundproof? You will be happy to know that there are a lot of things you can do to help reduce the noise in your living space. Some are simple and cost little to nothing to implement and others may require a bit of an investment. It all depends on the level of noise you are suffering with, whether you want a long-term fixed solution or if you are just temporarily trying to patch up the problem. If you are renting, for example, you may not want to invest in soundproofing systems. Identify the source of the noise This may sound simple, but identifying the source and type of noise is important in understanding how to reduce it. It may be that you are hearing footsteps from the room above you, or perhaps it is the neighbours TV. You may be disturbed by the humdrum of traffic that just seems to reverberate throughout your home. Locating the source of the noise will help you to know where you need to place your soundproofing. Listen to where it is the loudest as this will be the area you need to cover. If it is more of a general sound vibration, then you will need to take steps to soundproof the whole room. How does sound travel? There are two types of sound, airborne and vibration. Airborne sounds are the noises you hear from people talking, the noise of car engines etc. Vibrational sounds come from the bass of music, footsteps, traffic vibrating on the roads and any banging noise. Sound bounces off of hard surfaces at the same angle that it hits it. This means that wherever the sound is coming in from, you need to break that reflection point to stop it from travelling around the room. Sound is a vibration, the only way to reduce it is to reduce the area it can reverberate. For example, if you have a neighbour who is playing their stereo on the other side of your wall, the sound is travelling through that wall and will keep going until it hits the wall on the other side. Unless you deaden that sound by placing something against the wall to stop it, or by interfering with the sound before it reaches the other wall causing the echo. All sound energy builds up unless it is interrupted. While you won't be able to completely soundproof your room, you can minimise the impact and reduce the noise significantly with a few simple steps. 5 easy ways to help reduce noise in your room: Rugs and soundproofing underlay Rugs and carpeting will not help with airborne sounds such as traffic noise or talking, but they can help with the vibrational sounds. So if you have a child whose footsteps you can hear from downstairs, or you have a neighbour complaining that they can hear you, a rug or soundproof underlay can help. Rugs/carpets and underlay will also help to soften the sounds generally vibrating around your room as they help to absorb those vibrations. Acoustic underlay and high density mats are an effective way of reducing vibrational noise between floors. Add in soft furnishings You may find that simply adding in some extra soft furnishings will help to reduce the way the sound travels around your room. Play around with your decor to see what works for you. Hanging tapestries, canvass paintings and even wallpaper can help to reduce the sound vibration. Use soft throws, think about the placement of your sofa etc. A bookcase strategically placed against a noisy wall can help to deaden the noise bleeding in from another room. It is always best to try and place heavier furnishings against the adjoining walls and the outside walls to help the interruption of the sound vibration. You can also buy noise reducing curtains, but make sure that the windows themselves are properly sealed before investing. It may be that all you need to do is improve the gaps around the window. Doors Doors are often overlooked as a source of noise bleeding through. But the type of door you have will have an impact on the sound that can travel through it. A lot of modern homes have hollow doors which allow sound to easily travel through them. A solid wooden door or a soundproof door will help prevent this immediately. Make sure there are no gaps around or under the door by fitting weather stripping. You can also hang heavy blankets on the doors to help deaden sound as a temporary measure. Soundproof panelling This one is a more involved solution, but there are many different types of soundproof panelling available. You can create a panel as part of your decor and have it fitted over your existing walls and doors. Or you may want to integrate the acoustic panelling into the plasterboard, if you are building a new home for example. Acoustic panels are available as fabric covered boards that you can hang on your walls to help to stop the noise from bouncing off them. They work by absorbing the sound vibrations. Ceiling panels If you are the unfortunate person who has a noisy neighbour above you who won't cover their wooden floors, then you may need to soundproof your ceiling to prevent that noise pollution. Again there are different types of ceiling panels available. You can integrate the noise stop panels into your ceiling system, creating a new false ceiling. Or you can, as with the walls, lay acoustic panels over the top of your existing ceiling. There are many designs of fabric to choose from to cover the wall and the ceiling panels with. You are not limited on colour or texture, so it is easy to find something that will work with your interior design.
